Why is it important?
We recommend to all our clients that at some point they make a will in Spain. A will made in your home country can cover all your world wide belongings, including any you have in Spain. However, if you don’t have a Spanish will it means that the High Court of Justice, an Official Translator, the Foreign Office and Lawyers will have to be involved before Spanish inheritance tax can be sorted out. A time-consuming and additional step for your family to take at a difficult time.

To Abaco Advisors,
My wife and I own a apartment in Mijas Costa in Malaga.
We have all the property registeration documents.
Can we make our wills with you online and if so what do you require ?
What can we expect it to cost ?
Thank you.

Hi John,
We can do the preparation of the Wills online, but nevertheless the signing of the Will need to be arranged personally at the notary public in Spain for it to be valid.
Should you wish to start the process of arranging a will with us please contact us at info@abacoadvisers.com or call us at 0034 966 703 750.
With kind regards,
